Who will eat egg much more?

There is a boy named James. This boy likes egg so much, every day he eats an egg in a day, sometimes James wants more than one but his mother does not allow but nevertheless, he eats the egg when his mother is not at home. Then one day James hears a competition who will eat egg much more. James comes home and starts to tell his mother.

-Mom, there will be an eating egg competition please can I join this competition?

His mother thinks for a while then says yes but she has got a condition. She says that: “ ıf you can tell me what is egg and what are egg’s benefits you can join in competition.” So James starts to explain:

His mother who heard these is so surprised and she allows her boy. James competes with his friends and he is the first in the competition and he takes a box of the egg as a gift
