Snails are such a fun craft for springtime and it’s amazing how many different mediums you can use to make them. Lorelai painted this one yesterday and we cut
it out and assembled this morning. She did the shell all by herself. Nothing cuter than being a colorful snail moseying around as slow as we please or if you can’t manage that, try making one of these adorable snail crafts for kids. While they’re not the cutest of little creatures out there, they sure do make the cutest crafts! Older kids may enjoy making a coiled clay snail.I don’t really love to find these little critters in my garden, but I’ll make an exception for these colorful paper snails.

Fun fact: a group of snails is called a route or a walk.Time to decorate your snail’s shell! You can color the top of the paper (inside of the shell),
as well as the bottom of the paper strip (outside of the shell). Make your snail as colorful as you like!
