Tony was originally from England, but he was born in India and grew up there. They have to live there because of his father’s job. When Tony was eleven he went to England in order to spend his Christmas holiday with his uncle.
The Christmas was two days later and uncle Tom was preparing something for Christmas. Tony saw the Christmas wreath and didn’t understand what it was. He asked his uncle and Tom started to tell what is Christmas wreath. The wreath was used first in the 19th century.
People used it as a kind of garnish. We make our own Christmas wreath or buy its artificial ones. The wreath has important meaning for the season. Its shape represents infinity. For Christians, its circular shape represents an unending circle of life. The evergreen used in making wreaths generally and it symbolizes growth and everlasting life. So we make or by Christmas wreaths and hang them on any part of our houses, but mostly on doors.
